Material Planning & Logistics Lead (MMOG/LE)

Our partner is a leading vehicle powertrain solution provider that began mass production at its Thailand facility in 2024. The company specializes in advanced electric motors, electronic control systems, and integrated drive solutions for both passenger and commercial vehicles.

• Lead material planning and logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain flow.
• Implement and maintain compliance with MMOG/LE standards across all processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier performance and logistics risk mitigation strategies.
• Optimize inventory levels and production scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance and internal/external audits.
• Drive process improvement initiatives aligned with global automotive standards.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive supply chain or logistics management with minimum 3 years of team management experience
• Knowledge of MMOG/LE compliance and global automotive standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience in audit preparation and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and EDI processes.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good communication in English

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
