Supply Chain Planning & NPD (New Product Development) Manager

• Lead and oversee supply chain planning to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Manage trial activities and support new product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost.
• Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance forecasting accuracy and material availability.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to align business goals and timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electric manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven leadership experience in supply chain planning and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
