IT Manager

Job Position: IT Manager - Electronic Parts Manufacturing

Work location: Chonburi

Company overview:

Our client is a well-known electronic part (PCBA) and semiconductors manufacturing and distributing company. The company has exhibited for nearly 25 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Oversee IT operations, including network and system management

• Manage SAP implementation schedules across all relevant departments

• Develop system concepts and designs

• Control and monitor in-house system development schedules

• Act as primary contact for SAP consultants

• Supervise subordinates to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Manage additional tasks as assigned

• Proven experience over 5 years in IT management, including network and system administration

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and experience managing SAP implementation projects

• Experience in developing system concepts, design, and overseeing in-house system development

• Knowledge of IT compliance, company policies, and regulatory requirements

• Experience in Japanese company would be advantages

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive mindset

• Excellent project management and schedule control skills, with ability to coordinate multiple departments

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to supervise and guide subordinates effectively

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields

• English: Internal conversation level (TOEIC score would be advantages)
